All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major payment methods as available at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the item. A separate dispatch notification will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. If there is any issue with your order, our team will reach out to you directly as soon as possible.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. 6. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
